A permit is required for all work performed on your property in the Village of Sloan except
cosmetic work (e.g. painting, wallpaper, etc.).

New Buildings and/or Additions <Top of Page>
a) Residential (Zoning R and RA): $7.00 per thousand for the first 100,000 valuation; $5.00
per thousand for valuation over $100,000. Minimum fee of $100.00
b) Commercial (Zoning RC and M1): $7.00 per thousand for the first 100,000 valuation;
$5.00 per thousand for valuation over $100,000. Minimum fee of $200.00
c) Industrial (Zoning M2): Up to 10,000 square feet:$300.00; More than 10,000 square feet
but less than 50,000 square feet, $400.00; for every additional 50,000 square feet, add
$100.00 to fee.
